Bushtarion is a free online multiplayer strategy war game. You can develop down a multitude of in-depth technology trees to gain access to new units and abilities, play solo or in an alliance, and battle with players around the world all aiming for a permanent place in the portal history pages. Choose from six finely balanced technology routes - protestors, thugs, military, robotics, special operations or fantasy, each with their own unique play-style and set of tactics. There are over 75 combinations of units you can develop through, offering a huge variety of playstyles and tactics. Units range from petrol bombers to terrorists, snipers to assassins, apaches to androids, humvees to robotic tyrannosaurs, zombies to sorcerers. There are over 100 playable units available.
You play with one account, and from that account you actually run your own gardening company. The basic idea is to become the biggest gardening company around, either through clever diplomacy, crafty planning, brute force or any other methods you can use to your advantage. You can buy land, steal land from other people, develop new technologies and hire a huge variety of units that can aid you or hinder your enemies. You grow and plant seeds, and sell them for money. You have to compete against a full-blown weather system that has days, nights, seasons and years, and try to forecast the weather yourself. You can play by yourself, as well as join (or even create) an alliance that will allow you to group up with a number of other companies to work together and take down larger companies with your combined forces, or fight off the hordes of enemies together. You can be defensive and develop immensely powerful immobile units like automated sentry turrets and bunkers, defending your land from most would-be attackers, or be an all out offensive player and go rampaging through other players land, killing & bribing their staff, and stealing their land for yourself.
